Was told a time frame for the tow made arrangements for the tow when I called dispatch to confirm time frame was told that that they cancelled the tow and when I explained that I took time off work to accommodate the tow I was hung up on when I called back the dispatcher laughed when they realized that I was the one on the phone company is highly unprofessional I would not recommend this company for any needs a company should uphold the time frame which they were scheduled and when they are asked why the appointment was cancelled continually hung up on I expect a more professional manner in which one handles themselves this appointment was made five days in advance and had a 5 hour time frame for the tow this is absolutely ridiculous if I could give zero stars I would I have dealt with way better campanies than this one

I am the owner of Wide River Winery in the Village. Our valued employee, Sarah, and her friend were authorized to park in our lot. Keith from JBA Towing came and hooked up their car to tow it from the lot. I spoke with Keith on the phone, and explained that I'm the owner of the property and authorized the contract with JBA Towing. He refused to drop the car that was authorized to park in MY lot. Finally he said that if we pay him $150 in cash, he will drop the car. He did not have a way to issue a receipt for the $150 to drop the car, so we insisted he hand write out a receipt for the cash. In what world is an owner of a property required to pay a towing company NOT to tow an authorized vehicle! JBA is UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY. All business owners - do not sign a contract with JBA Towing. One wonders if I was a man who owned the property if Keith would've made him pay $150 to retrieve an authorized parked car from the JBA truck.

Greetings Everyone January 7th 2026 I Contacted this Business and the Dispatch lady name was Megan and she was extremely rude during my process of getting my car Towed! Very rude, wouldn’t let me get a word out and kept trying to talk over me as if I the customer wasn’t trying to explain my situation from the beginning of our conversation. So then she hung up I was not please! ((Very Rude dispatch Ladies/ Lack of Over The Phone Professionalism. I get ever call not has to be taken but I’d spend money somewhere else))Overall the Service from the Tow Drivers Was excellent I was Disappointed with the way dispatch Megan was to me.

Super impressed with this company got to work with Jarrod he was professional, quick and super respectful 😁 over my years I’ve worked with several tow company’s and this is the first one I can say I’ve truly been impressed with, Thank you Jarrod for getting the van running enough to get it into park before pulling it onto the flat bed, I greatly appreciate you taking the time 😁
